We founded Iron Dock Logistics to create a new standard within the logistics community. What began as a shared vision between our founders—Sandra Hernandez, Enoc Hernandez, and their son, Andy Hernandez—has evolved into a dedicated mission to redefine what regional third-party logistics can achieve. Grounded in the deeply held values of a tight-knit family business, we built our infrastructure from the ground up right here in Redlands, California. For us, logistics isn't merely an industry of moving boxes; it is a personal commitment to building a company where operational excellence and family pride intersect on every square foot of the warehouse floor.

The idea for Iron Dock Logistics was forged directly in the high-stakes crucible of the e-commerce landscape. Having spent years navigating the supply chain from the retail side, our founding family experienced firsthand the friction points, unexpected accessorial fees, and severe inventory bottlenecks that routinely cripple growing brands. We realized that the industry didn't need more complex, hands-off brokers; it needed a lean, agile, and highly transparent partner willing to get their hands dirty on the dock floor. Driven by Andy’s sharp understanding of modern digital supply chains alongside Sandra and Enoc’s dedication to structural integrity, we flipped the script. We engineered a 3PL from the merchant’s perspective—designing an unbundled, direct master pricing model built purely around speed, clarity, and profit protection for our clients.
